Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

Service Area

We provide mobile detailing services throughout the East Bay Area, CA. If your location falls outside of our standard service area, a travel fee may apply or service may be declined.

Appointments & Access

  • Customer must ensure the vehicle is accessible, with sufficient space around it for our team to perform services.

  • A driveway or private space is preferred. For safety reasons, we may not service vehicles on busy public streets.

  • Keys must be available if interior access is required.

  • Access to a standard water spigot and an electrical outlet within 50 feet of the vehicle is required for most services. If this is not available, please let us know in advance so we can determine if service is still feasible or reschedule if necessary.

Service Time & Delays

  • We strive to arrive on time but reserve a 30-minute arrival window due to traffic or prior appointments.

  • Some services may take longer than estimated depending on the condition of the vehicle.

Vehicle Condition & Additional Charges

  • Excessive dirt, pet hair, sap, bugs, sand, stains, or other extreme conditions may result in additional charges. These will be discussed and approved before work begins.

  • We reserve the right to decline service if the vehicle is unsafe, unsanitary, or beyond our scope of work.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • No-shows or cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Weather Policy

  • We operate in most weather conditions but reserve the right to reschedule due to severe weather that could affect service quality or safety.

  • If rescheduling is needed, you will be contacted as early as possible.

Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Venmo.

  • Returned or disputed payments may result in service suspension or legal action.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We’ll do our best to address your concerns or return to resolve the issue.

Liability

  • While we take every precaution, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, rust, loose trim, or paint issues.

  • All concerns or claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.

  • We are not liable for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.

Ceramic Coating & Paint Correction

  • Ceramic coating and paint correction services offer long-term protection and cosmetic enhancement. Results vary depending on vehicle condition and upkeep.

  • Ongoing maintenance is required. Care instructions will be provided following application.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website and will apply to all future services.
